Founder Story

I spent over a decade recruiting at Google, Meta, and Robinhood. Then I advised dozens more as a VC Talent Partner and through my own firm, Intent Talent.

At every stop, I was doing the same thing: manually digging through data trying to figure out why hiring wasn't working, then turning around and spending hours translating it into reports for stakeholders who needed answers yesterday.

I built Benchmarket because I kept hitting the same wall: the data was there, but getting to it required hours of manual work and gut instinct to interpret. This is the tool I always wished I had.
